Specification

STC Profi-Plast is a very fine-grained, exceptionally dense, two-component universal polyester putty suitable for use on a wide range of surfaces. It is easy to apply and sand.

Instructions for use: Ensure the surface to be treated is clean and dry. Steel sheet, aluminum, and fully painted surfaces must be carefully roughened or sanded before applying the putty. Mix the required amount of putty with 2% hardener and use the mixture within 5 minutes. Once dry (after 20–30 minutes), it can be sanded.

Profi-Plast is a 2K polyester filler designed for professional use in body shops, commercial vehicle manufacturing, and mechanical engineering to level out depressions or uneven areas. It offers excellent adhesion, particularly on galvanized surfaces, as well as on iron, steel, and aluminum. Thanks to its superior adhesion properties, there is no need to sand down thin galvanized layers.
