STC 2K Universal Body Adhesive is a 2-component universal body adhesive based on methacrylate. A universally applicable adhesive that perfectly bonds metal, plastic and other materials. Quick to process and dry. Ideal for gluing different materials.
Instructions for use: Sand and clean the surfaces, then unscrew the cap from the product and fit the end supplied. Apply the glue with a hand gun to a dry area to be glued. Assemble and fix the parts (processing time 10 minutes). By keeping the parts under constant pressure, you achieve the optimal curing time. Glued parts at 0.10 - 0.20 mm intervals ensure the best shear strength. It is also possible to glue 4mm gaps. Dry to the touch in 20 minutes, finally dried after 12 hours. Drying time: 10 minutes and tangible after 20 minutes.
