DINITROL9100 is used in conjunction with the appropriate pre-treatments for bonding glass for new glazing and for repair in vehicle construction. Use of the high-modulus glass adhesive DINITROL9100 allows the torsional stiffness of the body to be increased by an additional 30–50%. The low-conductive property of the adhesive prevents contact corrosion.

Description

DINITROL D-9100 is a black, one-component moisture-curing polyurethane adhesive for bonding vehicle windows. DINITROL D-9100 has the following properties; Good strength and rigidity, non-conductive, solvent-free, high viscosity, good resistance to aging, easy to apply, good drying properties and good stability. Intended for use with DINITROL 538 Plus or DINITROL 520 and 530. Low electrical conductivity makes Dinitrol 9100 the most suitable product for bonding glasses with a built-in antenna. Instructions for use: The surfaces to be glued must be clean, dry and free of grease. Clean the glass with a glass cleaner beforehand. Activate the ceramic part of the glass with DINITROL 520 each, then apply DINITROL 530 primer. After the primer has solidified, apply glue to the surface.
