Specification

STC Profi-Plast is a high-quality, fine-grained, two-component universal polyester filler. It is easy to apply and sand.

Instructions for use: Ensure the surface is clean and dry. Steel, aluminum, and factory-coated surfaces must be thoroughly roughened or sanded before application. Mix the required amount of filler with 2% hardener and use the mixture within 5 minutes. Once dry (after 20–30 minutes), it can be sanded.

Profi-Plast is a 2K polyester filler designed for use in body shops, commercial vehicle manufacturing, or mechanical engineering to level out dents or uneven areas. It offers excellent adhesion, particularly on galvanized surfaces, as well as on iron, steel, and aluminum. Thanks to its superior adhesion properties, there is no need to sand down thin galvanized layers.
